Chad Widtfeldt's real estate journey began in 2005, rapidly advancing him to a prominent position at Regency Real Estate Brokers, where he was pivotal in establishing it as the leading sales office in Orange County, California. He later transitioned to a significant role at Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he now leads a team of fifty agents across a wide swath of Southern California, from Santa Barbara down to the Mexico border and across to the Palm Springs area.
Chad's leadership philosophy is built on providing exceptional client service and cultivating meaningful relationships, which he views as essential to success in real estate. He is committed to the professional development of his team and offers continual mentorship to ensure they excel in the market.
His entrepreneurial efforts led to co-founding the Green Group with partners Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino, where their team has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide. Recognizing the potential in emerging markets, in 2022, Chad launched Harcourts Carolinas in the fast-growing region of Columbia, South Carolina, further expanding his influence in the real estate sector.
Chad Widtfeldt has facilitated the sale of more than 1,000 homes, contributing to over $1 billion in total sales. He has also innovated the sales process by incorporating Harcourts Auctions, offering his clients a unique and effective auction-based approach to selling properties across North America.
Besides his professional endeavors, Chad is deeply involved in philanthropy, having supported the Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue for over a decade. He and his partner Justin Green are also active in supporting various charitable causes, including Angel Flight and Laura's House, and they participate in fundraisers for cancer research and community assistance programs.
On a personal level, Chad enjoys life in Rancho Mission Viejo with his wife, Laura, and their children, Peyton and Hudson, who are integral parts of their community. An avid runner, Chad is working on a book about his marathon experiences and aims to complete all the World Marathon Majors.
